Ron and Adan didn't meet at a job interview. They met on a Hope for Honduras mission trip, a ministry Total Home has supported for years. When Ron decided to pass the business to new leadership after 20 years, he didn't post a job listing. He passed it to a man whose character he had watched firsthand. Not on a resume. In the field, serving others.
That is how Total Home has always made decisions.
Ron and Nancy Ryan spent 20 years building Total Home into the kind of company where clients know the contractors by name and the standard never slipped. When they relocated to be closer to their grandchildren, they were deliberate about what came next.
Adan Miranda now leads day-to-day operations at Total Home. His credentials go well beyond what most home management companies can offer. He is a Certified Professional Maintenance Manager with a Universal EPA License, a pool operator certification, and an HVAC-R degree. Over 20 years he has managed residential high-rises, commercial facilities, nationwide vacation properties, and airport operations. Before his professional career, he spent six years building over 150 homes for families in poverty in Mexico.
Abby Miranda manages marketing, strategy, and business development for Total Home. Together, Adan and Abby have three young children and live near the community they serve. Ron remains closely involved, the contractor network is intact, the relationships are intact, the standard isn't. The standard Ron set is the floor, not the ceiling.
